  • Juicy, crunchy kohlrabi is yummy roasted, or shredded fresh into a slaw. We like it cut into chunks and dipped in hummus for a refreshing snack. Peel the tough outer layer to access the edible part. The leaves are edible, we'd reccomend cooking with them as you would kale. 

    1 bunch is usually 2 medium sized kohlrabi.
